White Chocolate Mousse Cake

I have three words to make you happy – chocolate, cookies, strawberries! So today we will make white chocolate mousse cake that is a great dessert without baking! I will show you how to decorate it in the video below

Ingredients for 10 inch / 26 cm pan:
14 oz / 400 g oreo type cookies
3,5 oz / 100 g melted butter
0,20 oz / 500 g mascarpone cheese
30 oz / 800 g greek yoghurt
6 tbsp white chocolate powder + extra for topping
1 tbsp vanilla flavor
1 tbsp icing sugar
2 oz / 57 grams gelatin
5-6 strawberries for decoration
Chocolate chips for decoration

1. Process oreo type cookies until fine crumbs, add melted butter and combine together. Press into prepared spring-form pan. Refrigerate for about 30 min.
2. Make the filling. Prepare the gelatin and leave it to bloom. In a bowl combine mascarpone, greek yogurt and white chocolate. Add vanilla flavor and icing sugar, combine again. Melt the gelatin and gradually add it to the filling. Pour the filling on the base and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight until set.
3. Sprinkle the top of the cake with white chocolate powder, decorate with strawberries, chocolate and cookies.
