This cauliflower flatbread is easy to make and it is great serving with your soup or making a sandwich. It would be perfect for your lunch box as a healthy snack.

2 cups chopped cauliflower
1 cup all-purpose flour
2-3 tsp turmeric powder
pinch of sea salt
1. Prepare your cauliflower. Chop it by hand or with food processor.
2. In a bowl whisk 4 eggs. Add chopped cauliflower and mix together until combined. Add turmeric, flour, salt and mix again.
3. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking tray so that it is about 1/2-1 cm thick.
4. Bake in the middle of the 350 F / 180 C hot oven for about 30 minutes until golden. Cool, slice and serve.
